- Deal fees are only charged from the profits earned on a specific syndicated investment.
- There is no obligation to invest in any of the deals offered.
- Allocation priority is given to the largest investment amounts.
What do I get as a syndicate participant?
- If you're interested in a specific deal, you'll gain access to the investment memo, deck, and a session with the founders, available either live or as a recording. We also host live Q&A sessions to address syndicate participants' questions.
- Invitations to join syndicates will be sent to you via email and our private Telegram channel.
- You'll receive key industry news and analysis curated by the Ptoken team.
What is the application process?
